西方是太阳的艺术，故崇尚鲜亮，追求热烈。然并不是全部都为铿锵，或亦灰色杂处，情调清远；东方是月亮的艺术，故风鸣幽谷，碧水晴岚。然亦有仰观宇宙游目骋懐，唱大江东东去。

The West is the art of the sun, so it advocates a bright and enthusiastic pursuit. However, not all are sonorous, or gray, clear and distant; the East is the art of the moon, so the wind blows in the valley, and the water is clear. However, there is also looking to the universe, wandering around, and singing.

古人描写山水，或微云弄白，轻烟缭青；或水天灏溔，苍翠错互，此乃真情实感。今人继承古风，或置石于右，或安水于左，然勿忘笔情墨趣随时代。

The ancients described mountains and rivers, or white clouds and dazzling green smoke; or boundless water, green and intertwined, these are true feelings. Today's people inherit the ancient style, to put the stone on the right, to calm the water on the left, while not forgetting to follow the styles with time.

去追寻一个好的状态。有理想之梦可遐，有喜爱之事可做，有失败后再努力的期待，有最后成功的企盼。读万卷书，心胸装满了淡定；行万里路，或格高而思逸。

Pursue a good state. There is a dream to follow, something you love to do, the expectation of working hard after failure, and the expectation of final success. Read thousands of books, fill the mind with calmness; walk thousands of miles, or be tall and ponder ease.

世界上的艺术也就像是＂风＂，诸如西方的绘画，从古典到浪漫，印象到表现，写实到抽象，一个类别跟着一个类别走过岁月；像是中国的绘画，从宫庭御用到在野文人抒写，晋唐宋元到金陵派、娄东派，一种形式接着一种形式穿越时代。

Art on the world is like "wind", as the painting of the West, from classic to romantic, impressional to expressional, from realistic to abstract, one style follows the others along the time; as Chinese painting, from royal drawings to wild literates' depictions, Jin Tang Song Yuan to Jingling and Loudong, one form connects with the other through the age.
